Clients ordering remotely can rely on our team to take exact measurements over a dedicated video call as soon as the order is placed on the website, so fit is precise wherever you are. How long will my order take?

Each piece is made to order and most of them are dispatched within a 4–8 week timeline, but some products may have a different timeline as mentioned in the product description.

Do you ship worldwide, and what about customs?

How do I care for the pieces, post purchase?

At Archana Karthick, we use premium fabrics for all our pieces. In order to preserve the look and feel please follow the care instructions given on each product page description.

These fabrics hand embellishment are best preserved with professional dry cleaning only, stored folded in a breathable cloth bag away from direct light. Keep perfume and moisture away from the zari and stones.

Can I customise the colour or fabric, or order components separately?

Yes. Most of our pieces can be ordered as the full ensemble or as separate components. This option is available on every product page that is eligible. Most of these pieces can be adapted in colour of your choice.
