At Archana Karthick, every creation is an exclusive piece of artistry — individually crafted to order, tailored to each client’s preferences, precise measurements, and chosen details. Each garment embodies the essence of couture craftsmanship and the dedication of our atelier.

As every order is made especially for you and cannot be resold or repurposed, Archana Karthick maintains a strict NO REFUND & NO EXCHANGE POLICY. This applies to all pieces, including couture, customized, and discounted creations.

We encourage our clients to carefully review their order details, measurements, and preferences before confirming the purchase.

In cases where measurements or required order details are not provided within one weeks of order confirmation, the order will be deemed cancelled and non-refundable.

Each piece undergoes a meticulous quality inspection before dispatch. In the rare event of a genuine manufacturing concern or an incorrect delivery, our Client Relations Team will review the case and, at its sole discretion, determine the most appropriate course of resolution.
