RANGABATI (A/W'25)

RANGABATI was born out of Archana's (the label's co-founder and creative director) experiences during her formative years around tribal communities of Odisha.

Every component in this campaign has been an intentional attempt to wake up that raw and unapologetic originality within you that a tribal woman so unintentionally and fiercely portrays.

This campaign features:

• "Dhokra Jewelry" - a 4000-yr old non-ferrous beaten metal lost-wax casting technique native to this region, passed down through generations.  
• Motifs inspired by Pattachitra (art form developed between the 11th & 13th centruy) paintings native to Odisha.
• Sambalpuri Ikat fabric & motifs which act as the anchor for the surface embellishment featured in this campaign.
